The Loving Smile: When a person offers a broad, ear-to-ear smile with their teeth showing, it signifies that their spiritual heart is fully open, and they are immersed in love. This is the cornerstone of living in love, healing through love, and discovering personal truths.

Love Time: Think of Love Time as a workout for your heart and soul. By intentionally making yourself feel as much love as possible for a set period (starting with ten minutes a day is recommended) while doing something enjoyable and maintaining a Loving Smile, you are effectively strengthening your heart and soul.

Loving Sounds: Loving Sounds are a powerful healing tool. Whether it’s a sound, a song, or a mantra, these can occupy your mind and keep you in a loving state, helping to interrupt unloving habits. If you anticipate being triggered or find yourself in the midst of a trigger, Loving Sounds can help you stay focused on love.

Loving Questions: Loving Questions leverage the metaphysical aspects of the mind to help interrupt unloving habits. When you sense a trigger or are already experiencing one, asking yourself Loving Questions engages your Inner Conscious to focus on love, bringing forth loving emotions as you seek loving answers.

Loving Meditation: In the practice of Growing Big In Love, meditation means completely silencing the mind, which leads to a pure state of love. When combined with a Loving Smile, this meditation strengthens willpower through the heart, producing one of the most powerful states of being. As you progress, you’ll learn to achieve this Loving Meditation with your eyes open.

Gliding: Achieving Gliding involves maintaining a Loving Smile and a continuous state of Loving Meditation with your eyes open for three uninterrupted minutes. Once learned this state can be used all the time. This powerful, healthy state of being is an excellent way to live.

Shining: By intentionally feeling as much love as possible and then using your willpower to amplify that feeling, you can reach the highest and most powerful state of love for a given time. Shining can illuminate any moment of any day. However, remember that Love is immensely powerful, so Shining should be practiced sparingly.

The Beginning of the Love Healing Process

In Chapter 20, Stage One of the Love Healing Process is introduced, setting the foundation for profound healing. This stage guides readers through the initial steps of identifying & healing the traumas that have shaped unloving beliefs. It emphasizes the importance of being “big in Love” to uncover & understand the truth behind these beliefs, ensuring that healing is both deep & lasting. Stage One outlines a step-by-step approach to find the root of the trauma, embody the truth, realize the gifts you have learned, & release the pain, empowering readers to transform their lives by embracing love & letting go of past hurts.

Healing Supporting Traumas

In Stage Two of the Love Healing Process, the focus shifts to healing the supporting traumas that have reinforced an unloving belief throughout your life. After identifying the original trauma in Stage One, it’s essential to recognize that similar experiences, or supporting traumas, have further cemented the belief as true. These supporting traumas are easier to heal once you’ve embodied your new truth, as the power of the original belief begins to dissolve.

During a Stage Two healing session, you’ll revisit these supporting traumas, applying the same principles you used to heal the original trauma. By embodying your truth and going through the experiences, you’ll release any remaining pain and uncover additional gifts these traumas have brought into your life. Once all supporting traumas that still trigger you have been healed, you will have completed Stage Two and will be ready to move on to Stage Three.

Healing Habits and Living in Truth

Stage Three of the Love Healing Process is the final step in fully healing from an unloving belief. In this stage, the focus is on identifying and transforming the habitual actions and reactions that have been shaped by the old belief. These habits are the emotional responses triggered by the belief, and although the belief itself has been healed, these ingrained patterns may still persist.

The process of healing these habits involves using Love Tools to consciously interrupt and change the old patterns. By embodying your truth and using these tools proactively, you can prevent triggers from arising and gradually diminish the power of these habits. Over time, as you consistently apply your truth and Love Tools, these habits will dissolve, leaving you free to live in peace, love, and wisdom.

Stage Three marks the completion of the healing journey for a particular belief, empowering you to live fully in your truth and continue growing in love.
