The wonders of life are absolutely mind boggling. We can hold our hands in front of our faces and purposely wiggle our index fingers back and forth with ease, although we don’t even begin to know how to create the atoms that make up the cells that make up the skin, blood vessels and blood, bones, muscles, nerves, and tendons that it takes to move our fingers. It just appears that we are moving our fingers back and forth, but we don’t have a clue as to how it is really being done.
In a world filled with stress, pain, and uncertainty, the idea of healing is often associated with complex therapies, medications, and long journeys of self-discovery. While these methods have their place, there is a powerful yet simple tool available to each of us that can radically transform our understanding of healing: the LOVING smile. This seemingly small gesture holds the key to knowing that our spiritual heart is open, and when our heart is open, we gain access to profound truths about ourselves and the world around us.
Communicating directly with Spirit is one of the most profound experiences one can have, a journey into an intimate relationship that touches the very core of our being. Imagine having a friend who knows you better than anyone else, who LOVES you unconditionally, and who is always there to guide and support you. This is the kind of relationship that is possible when you open your heart to Spirit.
Every unloving emotion — whether it’s hatred, fear, jealousy, shame, guilt, greed, anger, boredom, loneliness, or hurt — is a form of pain. These emotions are more than just fleeting feelings; they are the physical and emotional manifestations of unloving beliefs that reside deep within us. These unloving beliefs are the root causes of the pain we experience throughout our lives.
When a child experiences unloving behavior repeatedly — day after day, year after year — these experiences can become familiar, even comfortable. Over time, the child may start to misinterpret these unloving actions as LOVE, a phenomenon known as a LOVE Reversal. This distortion of LOVE can deeply impact how they perceive relationships and interact with others throughout their life.
LOVE Reversal Loops are deeply ingrained patterns of pain that can shape our lives in powerful ways, often without us even realizing it. These loops are formed when we experience intense and prolonged emotional trauma, which distorts our understanding of LOVE and embeds unloving beliefs into the core of our being. The pain from these experiences becomes so normalized that it feels like a natural part of who we are, making it incredibly difficult to recognize and heal. Understanding and addressing LOVE Reversal Loops is essential to breaking free from these cycles of pain and reclaiming our true selves.
The Transition Phase is a crucial, yet often challenging, part of the healing journey — a phase that occurs when you begin to shift from old, unloving patterns to a new way of living grounded in LOVE and truth. It’s a time of profound transformation, but also one of discomfort, uncertainty, and even fear. Understanding the Transition Phase is essential for anyone committed to growing in LOVE and healing the unloving beliefs and habits that have held them back.
In the journey of self-discovery and healing, one of the most transformative understandings is the new perspective on how the mind works. Traditionally, we have viewed the mind as a singular entity that drives our thoughts, emotions, and actions. However, this new understanding reveals that the mind is far more complex and interconnected than previously thought.
Memory is one of the most intriguing and powerful aspects of the human experience. It shapes our identities, influences our decisions, and colors our perceptions of the world. Traditionally, we have viewed memory as a static repository — a storehouse of past experiences, knowledge, and emotions that we can access as needed. However, this new understanding of memory, as explored in Growing Big In LOVE, offers a deeper, more dynamic perspective that reveals the true complexity of how our memories function and affect our lives.
Karma is a concept deeply rooted in many spiritual traditions, often understood as the principle of cause and effect. According to Wikipedia, Karma refers to the spiritual principle where the intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect). Good intentions and deeds contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intentions and deeds contribute to bad karma and future suffering. This definition captures the essence of Karma, but there is much more to explore, particularly in the context of how our beliefs shape our experiences and, consequently, our Karma.
“If you don’t get it right, then you are wrong and you will be punished.” How many times did you hear those words or some version of them during your childhood? For many of us, this was a daily occurrence. “I told you not to do that!” “If you do that one more time, you’re going to get a spanking!” “I can’t believe you did that! When your father gets home, he’s going to beat the tar out of you!” The Right-Wrong Paradigm was drilled into us, often with harsh consequences, creating deep emotional scars and instilling a fear of being wrong that can persist throughout our lives.
Years ago, my students and clients started realizing that I had the ability to communicate with people on the Other Side. As I understand it, when people pass away in this world, their spirits transition to the Other Side where they exist in a state of being that is vibrant and alive, free from their physical bodies. They have shared with me that their spiritual bodies are akin to their physical forms but much lighter, making movement easier. They experience minimal to no pain and have the ability to choose their appearance and age. Most opt to appear and feel like they did in their teenage years or early twenties, drawn to the youth and vitality, and all are seen and experienced as beautiful.
